This privacy policy describes how the operator of theiconbhumikarealty.com (an authorized channel partner of Bhumika Realty, holding HRERA reg. no. HRERA-PKL-REA-3126-2024) collects, uses, and protects information submitted through this website. By using this site or submitting an enquiry, you agree to the practices described below.
1. What we collect
When you fill in an enquiry form we collect the following information that you voluntarily provide:
- Full name
- Phone number
- Email address (optional)
- Stated area of interest (e.g. anchor retail, residence, hospitality)
- Any free-text message you choose to add
We do not collect financial information, identity documents, or any sensitive personal data through this website. We do not run third-party advertising trackers, social-media pixels or session-replay tools by default.
2. How we use it
The information you submit is used solely to:
- Respond to your enquiry by phone, WhatsApp or email;
- Coordinate a site visit, share floor plans / payment plans, and assist with the booking process for The Icon;
- Forward your enquiry to Bhumika Realty (the developer) where required to complete a booking on your behalf;
- Comply with applicable Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA), Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) record-keeping rules, and other Indian laws applicable to real-estate agents.
3. How we store and protect it
Enquiry data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored in access-controlled systems used by our sales team and our hosting provider. We retain enquiry data for as long as is reasonably necessary to follow up on your enquiry and to meet our legal record-keeping obligations under PMLA / RERA, after which it is deleted.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share enquiry details only with:
- Bhumika Realty (Bhumika Shopping Centre India Pvt. Ltd., the developer of The Icon), if your enquiry leads to a booking or pre-booking;
- Service providers strictly necessary to deliver the service (e.g. email/SMS/WhatsApp delivery providers), under data-processing terms;
- Authorities if compelled by law or court order.
5. Cookies
This site uses only essential first-party cookies needed for the site to function (e.g. session and preference cookies). It does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies by default. If we add analytics or remarketing in the future, this policy will be updated and consent obtained where required by law.
6. Your rights
You may request to access, correct or delete your enquiry data at any time by writing to sales@theiconbhumikarealty.com. We will respond within a reasonable period, subject to our legal record-keeping obligations.
7. Children
This site is not directed at children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
